Cathal Hayden, hailing from the Rock, Co Tyrone outside Pomeroy, an area immersed in traditional music. Cathal is a multi-instrumentalist and a master of the fiddle and banjo. A founding member of Four Men and a Dog, Cathal’s impeccable musicianship and deep connection to Irish traditional music have earned him a reputation as one of the finest musicians in the country.
Seamie O’Dowd, from Co Sligo, is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter who also plays fiddle, harmonica, mandolin, and a number of other instruments. Making his first radio broadcast when he was ten years old, he established himself in competition and elsewhere as one of the finest fiddlers of his age in the west of Ireland. Seamie has travelled worldwide playing music and has shared stages and played with many great musicians and bands.
